Your thigh is likely the best place for a hidden tattoo. Of course it won’t be hidden if you wear shorts in the summer but it will be concealed while at work or at school. But, I have to ask if you’re an adult why do you need to hide your ink? And how much do you need to hide it? There are other more concealed places but the pain level may be a bit higher. Do you understand?
If you’re so scared or unsure about your proposed tattoo, why are you getting it in the first place? Tattoos are permanent. Yes, there is laser removal now but even that is not 100%. People will still know something was once there even if they can’t tell what. I would highly recommend you take the time to ensure this is something you truly want on your body for the rest of your life before getting it done. If it is going to cause you shame or problems, maybe there is some other form of body decoration you could consider.
