Azoospermia means there’s no sperm in a man’s ejaculate. Its causes include a blockage along the reproductive tract, hormonal problems, ejaculation problems or issues with testicular structure or function. Many causes are treatable and fertility can be restored. For other causes it may be possible to retrieve live sperm to be used in assisted reproductive techniques.
You might assume that men with azoospermia can’t have genetic children, but this isn’t necessarily so. With the help of assisted reproductive technology, and sometimes with the help of surgery, some men with azoospermia can have genetic offspring. This is not, however, always possible, some men are doomed to not having children at all because this is a chronic condition.
Bravo, this magnificent phrase is necessary just by the way
