Not everybody is a coder, some people are better at this, some are not. However, when learning something new, there is always frustration”. This applies to everything. So the frustration is normal, your desire to escape from it is also normal, but I advise thinking through your position. Second, knowing how to code at least a basic level will open doors to many fields of understanding.
The best to you on whatever path you choose to follow.

Dryness or shrinking of the vagina, one of the hallmark signs of genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM), might make sex uncomfortable and, in turn, reduce your desire. Certain hormone medications that aim to relieve GSM symptoms could help make sex more comfortable. And being more comfortable during sex may improve your desire.

Same way you become successful if you love programming. Do a lot of it, become very good at it. Get good at realizing what people that don’t understand the limitations of machines are really asking for so you can either reset their expectations, or properly determine that they are asking for a much bigger job. Realize that sometimes the job is programming and sometimes it is talking to people about programming. Knowing that even though some parts of the job are more fun then others the spoils go to the developers that don’t neglect any parts of the job (this one part will probably be easier for you since you don’t like any of the job).
