Would you send money to a lady you’ve never met outside a dating site?

There’s this lady, she seemed cool until she started with her demands. Okay, it’s not really a big deal for me, but it’s becoming too frequent and she never agrees to us meeting. This makes me to start thinking I fueled it, sending her money even though we’ve never met.

People can pretend to be anything online. Do not ever give money to anyone you’re talking to online. Even if you have been speaking with them for months and it feels like there is a strong love connection, don’t do it. If they ask you for money because they’re struggling or they want to come see you but they don’t have funds for plane ticket or have some sort of emergency, or want you to invest in a business that sounds too good to be true— end the conversation immediately! Think about it, would you ask someone you’ve never met before for help financially? Some of these stories seem convincing, but it usually ends the same way— with money lost and maybe your even your heart. So, please, let that be a personal boundary of yours at all times.

No, it’s not a smart thing to do. You don’t know the person, even though you may think you do, but it could all be a scam or fraud. It happens frequently and people end up losing a lot of money for cyber-love. The person you’re dating should understand the reality of meeting people online, and wouldn’t make such demands.
      If not, you’re in trouble.

Never do that! Most times, in fact 98% of times when ladies ask you for money on dating platforms, it’s scam. Except it’s someone you already know. Never send money to anyone you’ve never met outside a dating site. Scammers are fond of using fake profiles to scam people off their money. A cousin of mine was rehashing how someone he’s been chatting with continuously was requesting that he sent her some iTunes cards. It’s really a shameful thing and it’s sad that many have fallen victims into the hands of these scammers. If you’ve been sending money to the said lady, you really should stop now and block her.
